Wow - this is my second post for today - how about that?! I'm on a roll today - LOL!! This is a card I made for my sister's birthday. As you can see, it's a milestone birthday. My sister loves playing the slot machines as much as I love making cards. (She doesn't make cards and I don't gamble.) I have had this Robert Jackson image for over 4 years and have never used it. I just love this Gambling Granny as I call her. The image was actually a gift from Chana Harris, an owner of 613 Avenue Create. Thanks again, Chana!
It took well over a week for this card to arrive at my sister's house. I was so afraid it was lost in the mail. I thought I would have to make another one since this was so special. When she finally received it, my sister laughed and said she understood why I was so upset it took so long to get to her. Can you blame me?
If you look closely, you can see that I photographed the card after my husband and I signed it. Oh, well.
This step card was a lot of fun to make. I used a die for the sentiment and stars. The heart and cherries are stickers. It's colored with my Spectrum Noir markers. The card stock is all from my stash as are the rhinestones.
