Cards for Assisted Living Facility Residents
Hello, friends! Today I'm posting some cards I made and presented to my church ministry for distribution to residents at a nearby assisted living facility. I could not visit the facility as some other ministry members did so I volunteered to make the cards. I was told that they were well received which made me very happy. I made the cards using a variety of patterned papers, precut card bases and ephemera. They were quick and easy and completely CAS.

Stamptember: Hero Arts and Simon Says Stamp
Hey, there friends! Today I'm so very pleased to be showcasing Hero Arts Make A Wish Exclusive stamp set in collaboration with Simon Says Stamp. This set is packed with small images and sentiments which make perfect birthday cards. I challenged myself to make multiple cards of different designs using this set. Here they are:
Aren't they fun? And I actually have a few more ideas for cards. This is a real first for me!

Christmas Card
Hi there, friends! I'm posting a Christmas card I made for a challenge with some friends. We have weekly challenges on our private Facebook group. I made this card using a combination of Lawn Fawn and Recollection stamps.
The background is Distress Oxide Stormy Sky. I colored the images with my Spectrum Noir Markers. The house and snow bank are accented with Stickles and sparkle pen. At least I've gotten started on my Christmas card stash for this year!

Happy Birthday - Hero Arts Heart Hands Die
Hey, there! Here's a birthday card I created using Hero Arts Heart Hands from last month's card kit:
I used Distress Oxide Inks to create the background. I used the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Bubble Layering Stencil to create the texture. The sentiment is from my stash - not sure of the maker. Finally, I added some shading to the hands. I love how it turned out.
Thanks for visiting!

Hands of Friendship - Hero Arts
Hello, friends! Today's card is from Hero Arts. I used only the right side of the heart hands die to create my card. The world is from Stampin' Up. And the sentiment is from the We Stand Together set from the Stamping Village.
