This month at 613 Avenue Create we're challenging you to stamp with an embossing folder on your project. That's a fun technique that I haven't done in a while. I remember being afraid to "mess up" my embossing folder when I was a newbie and heard about this delightful technique. Of course, your embossing folder is fine, as I found out. This is a great way to create your own colorful designer paper. So here's my card:
You'll want to see the amazing inspiration from our Design Team. And don't forget, you might have won last month's challenge.
We want to see what you come up with. Drop by and link up your creation.
Card Stock: Recollections 110 lb and 60 lb
Ink: Close to My Heart Gypsy
Embossing Folder: Sizzix Uknown
Stamps: Anna Griffin
Ribbon: My stash
I will be back later to link to some challenges.
Thanks for visiting!

What a fabulous and pretty card Sheila!! I am loving that embossing folder. I too was like you when I first saw this technique done. lol But quickly realized that it does not mess up your embossing folders and I just love the look you get when you do this. Now I just need to remember to do it more often!! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteThanks, Brenda. I always appreciate your comments.
